Connor L. Vessar, a 19-year-old man, was last seen in Valley, Washington, on December 13, 2019. He departed from his residence on foot and has not been seen or heard from since. When he disappeared, Vessar had several personal belongings with him, including his iPhone 7, a laptop computer, and video games for PlayStation 3 and 4.
