Sixteen-year-old Alyssa Collins was last seen in Bonnyman, Kentucky on October 6, 2025. At the time of her disappearance, she was 16 years old. Authorities believe that Alyssa may still be in the local Perry County area.

The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children has issued an alert for Alyssa, with case number 2064087. The Perry County Sheriff's Office is the primary law enforcement agency handling her case.
