Seventeen-year-old Daisy Hernandez was last seen in Mesa, Arizona on September 8, 2025. The Mesa Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating Ms. Hernandez, who also goes by the names Daisy Hernandez-Diaz and Daisy Diaz Hernandez. She was last seen at approximately 5:00 PM near Rio Salado Parkway and Dobson Road. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a grey T-shirt and black sweatpants.
