Authorities are seeking public assistance in the case of 15-year-old Debra "Dawn" Moore, who was reported missing from the Houston, Texas area on July 20, 2025. At the time of her disappearance, she was 14 years old. Moore, who also goes by the nickname “Dawn,” was last seen in the Highlands area of Harris County at approximately 11:20 a.m. in the 600 block of Clear Lake Road. Her clothing description at the time she went missing is unknown.
