An infant girl, Aya Stukalkina, was reported missing from Fairfax County, Virginia, on June 23, 2025. At the time of her disappearance, she was approximately one month old. The case, registered under NCMEC Case #VA25-2907, was later revealed to be an international parental kidnapping.
