Seven-year-old Carlos Arturo Castillo was last seen in Brownsville, Texas, on March 28, 2025. At the time of his disappearance, Carlos was approximately seven years old. The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children has assigned case number 2050028 to his disappearance.
