Sway Carlos Freeman was reported missing from Lexington, Kentucky on October 15, 2024. At the time of his disappearance, he was 16 years old. He is now 17 years old. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children has assigned case number 2035568 to this case.
Authorities believe that Sway may still be in the Lexington area. There is also a possibility that he may have traveled to Manchester or Bracken County, Kentucky.
