Ty'kwon Smith-sims was 21 years old when he was last seen on February 15, 2021, in Greenwood, Mississippi. At the time of his disappearance, he was 16 years old. Smith-sims was last seen near the river bank in the vicinity of the Greenwood-Loflore Hospital, located in the 1400 block of River Road. He has not been seen or heard from since that day, and there is little information available regarding the circumstances of his disappearance.
