Eloisa Polanco, now 24 years old, was last seen on July 13, 2018, in Brooklyn, New York. At the time of her disappearance, she was believed to have her 5-month-old baby boy with her. Polanco is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. Authorities believe she may have remained in the local Brooklyn area or possibly traveled to the Bronx.
