On March 7, 1974, 15-year-old Nancy O'Sullivan was last seen in South Holland, Illinois. Two years prior, she and her family, which included ten siblings, had relocated to Homewood, Illinois. On the day she vanished, O'Sullivan had gone to South Holland to visit with friends who resided next door to her former home. Her father reported her missing the following day, March 8, 1974. For over three decades, her case was classified as a runaway.
