She was last heard from at approximately 12:00 PM and was last seen on foot around 3:30 PM that same day. At the time of her disappearance, Dorr was wearing a white and green striped knit hat, a grey scarf, a blue jacket, dark-colored mittens, grey sweatpants, and dark-colored "muck style" boots.
