In the autumn of 2025, concern began to grow for 60-year-old Jeffrey Thorne Seagle. His family realized that an unusual amount of time had passed without any word from him. This prolonged silence was out of character and prompted them to reach out to law enforcement for help. It was later established that the last confirmed sighting of Jeffrey was on October 28, 2025, in the city of Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
