Kenneth Moore, 31, was last seen in Jacksonville, Florida, on October 11, 2016. Prior to his disappearance, Moore was in regular contact with a family member, but this communication ceased abruptly after that date. Concerned when they could not reach him, his family contacted everyone they knew who might have had contact with Moore, but no one had seen or heard from him.
