Cyrus Isaiah Carter, a 17-year-old male, has been missing from Medford, Oregon since December 29, 2025. At the time of his disappearance, Carter is described as a Black / African American male, standing at 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds. He has black hair that was recently cut short, brown eyes, and often wears a thin mustache. Distinguishing features include a tattoo of a cross on the right side of his chest and a dimple on his left cheek.
