In the late summer of 2021, 70-year-old Paul Robert Tumarkin vanished from the lush, dense landscape of the Olympic National Forest near Amanda Park, Washington. He was last known to be in the area on August 15, 2021. Concerns for his welfare grew, and a search was initiated to locate him.
