In the summer of 1981, 71-year-old Sophia Adeline Armstrong, a resident of Vancouver, British Columbia, vanished under disturbing circumstances. Known for her consistent and predictable routines, which included regular doctor's visits, hair appointments, and visits with relatives, her sudden disappearance on July 13, 1981, was entirely out of character.
