On August 19, 1994, 17-year-old Angela Mary Arseneault, also known as Angie, spent the day shopping in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, with her common-law husband and a male friend. After they had dinner, Angela was last seen boarding a bus by herself at 11th Avenue and Commercial Drive to head back to the apartment she shared with her partner in Burnaby.
