Kathryn, who often went by Kathy, was described as a Caucasian female, standing 5'4' and weighing around 140 pounds, with long brown hair and brown eyes. She had a distinctive tattoo of the Venus symbol on her left hand, between her thumb and index finger, and sometimes walked with a limp.
The investigation into Kathryn's disappearance was hampered from the start by a significant delay.
