In the summer of July 2019, a man named Jonathan Daniel Fowler was last seen in Picton, Ontario. Jonathan, who also went by the names Jon Fowler, Joshua MacDonald, "Johnny Boy," or a combination of these, was known to frequent several areas in Ontario, including Picton, Napanee, Kingston, and Denbigh. He also sometimes used the first name Daniel or the last name Shewan. Described as a Caucasian male, standing at 6'2" with a slim to average build, Jonathan had hazel eyes and short brown hair, which he sometimes wore in a buzz cut or completely shaved. He occasionally had a mustache and was distinguished by multiple tattoos on his arms and chest. His family became increasingly worried for his safety, which eventually led them to report him as a missing person. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance were troubling, and it has been noted that he was involved in a risky lifestyle around the time he went missing.
