In the harsh winter of 1985, a tragedy unfolded on the waters between Cedar Point and Christian Island, Ontario, forever changing the lives of two families. On December 22nd, 21-year-old Ralph Monague, along with his friend Curtis Smith, who was also 21, boarded a ferry for what should have been a routine journey.
