On a summer evening in Everett, Washington, 36-year-old Orfa Lidia Ramos-Garcia finished her workday and began her usual commute home. On August 4, 2006, she was last seen riding the bus, a familiar routine for her. She disembarked at her usual stop near Olivia Park and Evergreen Way, a short distance from her residence.
