In the late summer of 2026, a sense of concern grew in North Little Rock, Arkansas, following the disappearance of 70-year-old Charles Noise. A resident of The Blossoms at North Little Rock Rehab and Nursing, he was last seen on the evening of August 29, 2026. Mr. Noise, a Black male standing approximately 6 feet tall and weighing 180 pounds, was reportedly wearing a golf-style hat, a blue plaid jacket, and dark-colored shoes at the time he went missing.
