In the early morning hours of March 25, 2025, 22-year-old Savannah Standing Bear was last seen at her residence in Parmelee, South Dakota, a community located on the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Reservation. The last interaction her mother, Gayla Smith, had with her was the night before. Reports indicate that Savannah may have left her home at approximately 6:00 a.m. with one or more friends.
