Ciera Nichole Breland, a 31-year-old woman and new mother, was reported missing after a trip that brought her from the Indianapolis-area to north metro Atlanta. Public records in the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System list her as missing from Duluth, Georgia, with her last contact dated February 23, 2022, and note that she is believed to be missing under suspicious circumstances.
