In the spring of 2024, a family's life was irrevocably changed when 29-year-old David Wayne Banks II vanished from Tulsa, Oklahoma. On May 24th, he had his last known contact, and since that day, a quiet uncertainty has surrounded his whereabouts. David, a man of both American Indian/Alaska Native and Black/African American heritage, stood tall at approximately six feet two inches, with a weight of around 170 pounds.
