In the spring of 2021, concern began to grow for the well-being of Evans R. Brown, a 40-year-old man from Gretna, Louisiana. His family last had the comfort of seeing him in person on April 29, 2021, in the 300 block of Westmeade Drive. Following this last physical sighting, a final telephone call on May 8th marked the last known contact anyone had with him.
