In the spring of 2021, a sense of concern began to grow for the well-being of Harold Wayne Mercer, a 50-year-old man from Columbus, Ohio. He was last seen on April 12, 2021, in the vicinity of Cleveland Avenue and Morse Road. Following that day, communication from him ceased, and he has not been heard from since.
