In the winter of 2021, a 26-year-old man from Manassas, Virginia, David Richard Stuart, vanished. He was last seen on February 11, 2021, in Fredericksburg, Virginia. On that day, he was reportedly seen walking along the southbound side of Interstate 95, somewhere between the exits for Fredericksburg and Massaponax in Spotsylvania County. At the time he went missing, David was described as being 5'6" tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a reflective vest or coat. A significant and concerning aspect of his disappearance is the complete lack of any financial or digital footprint since that February night. There has been no activity on his credit cards, bank accounts, or cell phone. Furthermore, his social media accounts have remained dormant. This abrupt and total cessation of all communication and typical life activities has been a source of deep concern for his family, friends, and the authorities investigating his case. The absence of any contact has made it incredibly difficult to trace his possible whereabouts or to understand the circumstances that led to his disappearance. The Manassas City Police Department has been leading the investigation into David Stuart's disappearance and has conducted an extensive search.
