In the winter of 1994, 46-year-old William Patrick Martin, Jr., also known as Billy, embarked on a journey from New Hampshire with a destination of Fort Pierce, Florida. His trip, however, was interrupted in Garysburg, North Carolina. On December 23, 1994, he was last seen in this small town located in Northampton County.
