In the late summer of 2019, 44-year-old Jesse L. Donlin vanished, marking the beginning of a distressing mystery for his family and community. He was last seen in the Oxford area of New York on September 1, 2019. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a white male, standing 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 185 pounds, with blonde hair and brown eyes.
