In the spring of 2024, a sense of concern settled over a family and community in Norman, Oklahoma, when 16-year-old Thomas Rice was reported missing. The young man, a member of the American Indian / Alaska Native community, was last seen on April 10, 2024. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as being 5'5' tall and weighing around 135 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
