In the summer of 2016, a sense of unease settled over the family of William Ramey, a 62-year-old male from the East Liberty neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. On July 26, 2016, William was last seen, and in the days that followed, a concerning silence grew where his familiar presence used to be.
