Jan Martin Tjosvoll, a 23-year-old Caucasian male, was last seen on November 19, 1989, in the area of Dutch Harbor, Alaska. At the time of his disappearance, he had brown hair and blue eyes, stood at a height of 6 feet 1 inch, and weighed approximately 175 pounds. His case is being investigated by the Alaska State Troopers.
