On August 6, 1989, 36-year-old Robert Albert Fisher, Jr. was the victim of a boating accident near Douglas Island by Juneau, Alaska. He was last seen in Juneau, and despite search efforts, his body was never recovered. Authorities presume he is deceased. At the time of his disappearance, Fisher was described as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes, standing at 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing approximately 165 pounds.
