He was last seen in Juneau, and despite search efforts, his body was never recovered. Authorities presume he is deceased. At the time of his disappearance, Fisher was described as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes, standing at 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing approximately 165 pounds. He wore contact lenses.
