Arnold Joseph Epel, 25, was last seen in Miami, Florida, on or around January 19, 1989. The exact date of his disappearance is uncertain by a day or two. Epel, also known as Joe or Joey, left a note for his family with instructions on how to handle his belongings and property, in which he also indicated he planned to take his own life.
