On December 29, 1988, 40-year-old Ella Taylor was last seen in the Jamaica neighborhood of Queens, New York. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a rust-colored down jacket and brown shoes. Taylor is an African American woman, and at the time she went missing, she was described as being 5'5" tall and weighing approximately 190 pounds. She has black hair, which she wore in a short afro, and brown eyes.
