Shirley L. Campbell, a 52-year-old white female, was last seen in Fort Worth, Texas, on October 20, 1988. At the time of her disappearance, she was 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighed approximately 150 pounds. Campbell had black, medium-length hair and green eyes. She wore prescription glasses and had a dark skin tone.
