William Lisbourne Jr., a 21-year-old American Indian/Alaska Native male, was last seen in Fairbanks, Alaska, on September 16, 1988. At the time of his disappearance, he was reportedly attempting to cross the Chena River at Fort Wainwright at approximately 8:00 PM. Lisbourne was wearing camouflage army fatigues.
