On July 10, 1988, 33-year-old Norman Wesley Taylor was last seen in Wrangell, Alaska. He disappeared following a boating accident in the Zimovia Strait, near Cemetery Point. Taylor is presumed to have drowned as a result of this incident. The Alaska State Troopers are the primary investigating agency for his case.
