On a late summer day in September of 1986, 51-year-old Moses Isaac Roland, an American Indian / Alaska Native man, vanished from Bethel, a remote city in the vast wilderness of Alaska. He was last seen on September 10th, while he was out on a boat navigating the waters of the Kuskokwim River.
