Kenneth Elwyn Ridgley, a 35-year-old Caucasian male, has been missing since September 9, 1986. He was last seen in Dutch Harbor, Alaska, aboard the fishing vessel, the Normar II. Ridgley is described as having blond or strawberry blond hair and blue eyes, standing at approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, and weighing around 170 pounds at the time of his disappearance. The case is being investigated by the Alaska State Troopers.
The Normar II sank in the Bering Sea on September 11, 1986.
