In the summer of 1986, on the Fourth of July, 77-year-old Paul Baker disappeared from the Bronx, New York. At the time he went missing, he was described as a white male, standing 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing around 150 pounds. He had white hair, a mustache, and green eyes.
