Clyde James Watson, Sr., a 56-year-old from La Pine, Oregon, has been missing since April 10, 1986, after the tugboat he was on sank in the Sergius Narrows near Sitka, Alaska. Watson was one of five crew members aboard the tugboat 'Roughneck' when the vessel capsized and went down. Another crew member, 35-year-old Fred Davis of Sitka, also remains missing.
