On September 30, 1984, 26-year-old David Allen Miller Jr. disappeared following a boating accident in the waters off Kodiak, Alaska. At the time, he was approximately 6 feet tall, weighed 185 pounds, and had brown hair and brown eyes. Notable distinguishing features included scars above his right eye and on his chin. His case is being handled by the Alaska State Troopers.
