On July 6, 1984, 17-year-old Kenneth Allen Tison was last seen in the waters near Guide Island, off the coast of Sitka, Alaska. He was with another individual on a skiff when the boat caught fire, prompting both to jump overboard. While Tison's companion was rescued from the water, he disappeared and has not been seen since.
