In the vast and rugged landscape of Alaska, a story of an enduring mystery began to unfold in the early autumn of 1983. George E. Ochoa Sr., a 30-year-old man, was last seen on September 22nd of that year in the vicinity of mile 20 on Nabesna Road, near Glennallen. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as being 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing approximately 162 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He had noticeable scars on both of his knees.
