In the spring of 2019, a young couple from Ozark, Missouri, 29-year-old Kenneth 'Stephen' Webb and his 23-year-old girlfriend, Quincey Hill, vanished under unsettling circumstances. They were last seen on the morning of May 1, 2019, near the Hilltop Vista trailer park on Longview Road. That particular day was marked by severe, tornadic weather in the area.
