On August 24, 2020, Charles Nicholas Wall, a 45-year-old White/Caucasian man, was shot and killed in Georgetown, South Carolina. He had stopped at his 21-year-old stepdaughter Laura Ashlee Anderson’s newly purchased home to drop off a spare set of keys. As Wall turned into the driveway his vehicle was rear-ended in a minor collision by a car driven by 23-year-old Ty Sheem Ha Sheem Walters III.

What began as an exchange of insurance information escalated when Walters produced a firearm and opened fire. Wall was shot twice, once in the head and once in the torso, and died at the scene. Anderson was also shot twice and killed at the scene. A third person, Paul McConnell, was shot and bludgeoned in the head but survived. Walters fled on foot into nearby woods and was taken into custody after a K-9-assisted search.

Does anyone have information about Wall or the scene that could help clarify what happened that day?
