On the morning of March 7, 2020, Shamon Dayvon Livingston, 25, and his brother Tavon Marquel Livingston, 26, were shot and killed near Highway 90 and Melissa Lane in the Wampee area of Longs, South Carolina. A third person was wounded and the shooting was reported at about 3 a.m. The Horry County Coroner’s Office determined both brothers died from gunshot wounds.

Horry County police identified two suspects in the double homicide. Tiyen Shabaz Stockdale, 20 at the time, was arrested and charged with two counts of murder and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime. Authorities then sought 23-year-old Quartez Rae Kwon Livingston, also known as Ray Ray and Rich; he was later arrested and booked on the same charges. Both men were denied bail. One part of the investigation indicated Stockdale was the person who shot the brothers.

Does anyone have information about the events that night or knew Shamon and his family?
