On the evening of June 21, 2019, 45-year-old Lisa Faith Robinson was found fatally shot on Lilly Maid Drive in Anderson County, South Carolina. A 43-year-old man, Patrick Sierra, also died from gunshot wounds at the same scene. The Anderson County Coroner ruled both deaths homicides after law enforcement responded to a 911 call.

Investigators identified Robinson’s ex-husband, 47-year-old Grady Gene Williams, as the primary suspect. Williams was taken into custody and charged with two counts of murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. He told court officials he acted in self-defense; he was denied bond and booked into the Anderson County Detention Center as the prosecution prepared its case.
